Do I need an account?

No. Public users do not create accounts. Only verified site owners have B2B accounts.

How are halls identified?

We canonicalize the URL and compute a SHA‑256 hash (url_hash). That ensures the same page maps to a single hall even with tracking parameters.

Can I post from the website?

The public website is read‑only. Posting is done via the extension. The website allows only official replies from verified organizations.

How do official replies work?

Create a B2B account, request a claim, verify via DNS TXT, then post official spokesperson comments from your dashboard.

Do you run ads on the website?

Ads (if any) are shown in the extension interface only. The website remains clean and ad-free.
